Booking and Payment Terms – Gift Voucher for Boat Excursions in the Po Delta Park 1. Voucher Validity The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. After the validity period has expired, the voucher can no longer be used or refunded. 2. Mandatory Booking The excursion can only be used with a mandatory booking made by the voucher holder. Bookings must be made through the indicated channels (phone, email, or website). Excursions are subject to availability and the seasonal schedule. 3. Voucher Presentation The voucher holder must present the voucher in paper or digital format at the time of boarding. Without the voucher, access to the excursion cannot be guaranteed. 4. Payment The gift voucher must be paid in full at the time of purchase. Once issued, the voucher is non-refundable. 5. Changes and Cancellations Any changes to the booking must be requested within the timeframe indicated in the booking confirmation. In case of adverse weather conditions or organizational requirements, the excursion may be rescheduled.
