Cancellation – Withdrawal by the Customer: In the event of cancellation of the booked services, the following penalties will apply: Cancellation up to 5 days before the activity start date: 100% refund. Cancellation between 4 and 3 days before the activity start date: 50% refund. Cancellation from 2 days before the activity start date: no refund. Changes – Cancellation by the Organizer: Due to force majeure, adverse weather conditions, or mechanical failure, the organization reserves the right to modify the boarding point, itinerary, or cancel the excursion without any compensation being owed other than the full refund of any amounts previously received.
