At the Oasi Cannevié Restaurant, we take pride in promoting locally sourced produce from the Po Delta.

Our typical dishes use fresh, seasonal ingredients such as Comacchio eels, Goro clams, butternut squash, salami from Ferrara and asparagus from Mesola.
