Set in a landscape of rare beauty, Bettolino di Foce Restaurant is housed in an ancient fishing hut (casone da pesca), nestled in the heart of the Comacchio lagoons. A timeless place where tradition, nature, and gastronomy blend into an authentic and evocative experience.

The atmosphere is warm and genuine: rustic furnishings, natural materials, and the large fireplace, once used to cook eel, the undisputed queen of the lagoons, create a charming setting that recalls the traditions of the past.

Fish takes center stage, prepared according to traditional Comacchio recipes. The menu changes daily depending on the fresh catch, but guests can always enjoy iconic dishes such as marinated fish, grilled or risotto-style eel, and classic mixed fried seafood, all made with the freshest local ingredients.

For those who prefer alternatives, the restaurant also offers carefully selected meat dishes to suit every taste.

Bettolino di Foce is also the perfect venue for lunches and dinners for events, celebrations, and special occasions, offering guests an unforgettable culinary experience immersed in the unique atmosphere of the Po Delta.

For the Christmas holidays, the restaurant Il Bettolino di Foce offers an à-la-carte menu featuring traditional flavors. There will also be some reinterpretations by the chef, enhanced by pairings with local wines.

Throughout the opening period, several charming nativity scenes will be set up at the restaurant, in the Open-Air Park, and at the Casone Donnabona.
