Description of the Experience

Boat trip along the Po of Venice and its branches

Navigation on the main branch of the Po Delta Park, the Po di Venezia, that before reaching the sea branches into three mouths: Busa di Tramontana, Busa Dritta and Busa di Scirocco. From the sun deck of the motor ship you will admire the evolution of the river landscape: from the flourishing holms, such as the Oasis of Volta Vaccari, to the impenetrable reed beds that encircles the lagoon, to reach the beaches that characterize the extreme outfall zone. Here, where the river meets the sea, many species of birds, such as herons, seagull, cormorants, terns and oystercatchers live and build their nests.
